About Me:
Birthplace: Alexandria, MN……Little resort town up “94”. I got my start in Country radio there when I was 17.
Birthday: March 24th…….it was supposed to be the 17th but I’m 100% Norwegian so I couldn’t be born on an Irish holiday. Party foul!
Biggest Fear: Rodents, hate em……….picture this; an empty corn bin full of rats as big as your head, your jeans tucked into your cowboy boats, armed with only a shovel, and on a mission. True country folk know what I’m talking about.
Favorite T.V. shows: Anything on CMT, VH1, MTV, and a lot of different reality shows, sorry, I get sucked in and can’t stop. I watch the Twins and Vikes too, true MN boy here.
Favorite Movies: Walk the Line, Silence of the Lambs, Van Wilder…..I like it all. Wait, take that back……..no gore or sci-fi.
What I did before radio: Taught swimming lessons and lifeguarded at the beaches in Alex. Life has always been pretty rough!
What I eat: All American foods mostly; pizza, burgers, and anything I can grill……on Eharmony and Match.com I listed “Meat and Potato Guy”.
What I drink: Coffee in the morning and lots of it, newly addicted to vitamin water, and at night……..well lets just say anything on special, and if that just happens to be Mr. Morgan and that I’m going sailing?……I’m a happy man.
Likes: Country music, meeting new people, making people laugh, swimming, working out, and hanging with my friends and family.
Dislikes: Ice-chewers (I am one too), purse dogs, cats, fake people, and people who weave and cut me off in stop-and-go traffic to move ahead two cars in line. Have you not seen Office Space? It doesn’t work, so knock it off!
My time here at K102 so far has been: fantastic. I get to work with some of the best in the country. Who wouldn’t be pumped about that?!
